Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bury St Edmunds  
Salary: £20,000 Basic | £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (with one weekday off), Saturdays, 8:30am to 5:00pm Alternate Sundays

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Executive to join a high-performing dealership team in Ipswich.
We are looking for confident, target-driven individuals with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Whether you are experienced in vehicle sales or come from a strong retail or customer-facing background, we want to hear from you.

Sales Executive Key Benefits:
  • £20,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000+

Sales Executive Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on available vehicles and present tailored options
  • Conduct test drives and explain product features confidently
  • Negotiate terms and finalise sales in line with customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate and compliant customer records throughout the sales process

Sales Executive Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Sales Executive Experience:
  • 1–2 years in a car showroom or retail sales environment
  • Proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting
  • Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
