Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Toyota Enfield
Salary: £29,000 basic + commission (OTE £34,000)
Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00

• Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00 (1 in 3 Saturdays, with overtime pay or an afternoon off in lieu)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team at Toyota Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to play a key role in our busy parts department, delivering exceptional service to trade, retail, and workshop customers.

With strong earning potential, career progression, and full manufacturer training, this role is ideal for someone with a passion for automotive parts and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist trade, retail, and workshop customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts

• Respond to phone, email, and in-person enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery information

• Process orders and update stock records using dealer management systems

• Check and receive incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and condition

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts for collection or internal use

• Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure timely supply for scheduled work

• Maintain a clean, well-organised parts counter and storage area

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a Parts Advisor, ideally in a main dealer or with a motor factor (e.g. Euro Car Parts, GSF)

• Strong IT skills and experience using Dealer Management Systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive and positive team player

• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
