Assistant Aftersales Manager - Crewe
Salary – Up to £35,000 Basic + Bonus + OTE 41k
Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Assistant Aftersales Manager Role:
  • You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.
  • Smooth and efficient running of the service department
  • Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
  • Drive customer service
  • Monitoring KPIs
  • Driving the team, support and training
Assistant Aftersales Manager Requirements:
  • Must have atleast 1+ years experience as a Assistant Aftersales / Service Manager or 5+ years experience as a Service Advisor at a main dealership
  • Main dealership experience
  • Strong Management & Interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license
