Mobile SMART Repair Technician
Location: Canterbury
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic per annum, plus bonus (OTE £50,000)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently recruiting for a SMART Repair Technician to join our client's bodyshop in the Canterbury area. This opportunity is with a reputable main dealer renowned for delivering exceptional service to their customers over many years.

Role Overview - SMART Repair Technician
As a SMART Repair Technician, you will:
•    Possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring customers receive their vehicles in immaculate condition.
•    Prepare vehicles for the used car pitches within the dealership and work in the bodyshop to uphold high-quality standards.
•    Demonstrate proficiency in various repair techniques, including alloy wheel refurbishment, dent removal, minor paint corrections, and interior cosmetic repairs.

Additionally, you will utilize your communication skills to engage with customers whose vehicles are in for service, identifying and addressing any minor repair needs.

Key Requirements
•    Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is preferred; however, we will consider candidates from other bodyshop trades who can demonstrate a solid understanding of the role. Paint experience is essential.
•    A full UK driving licence is required.
•    Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
