Octane Recruitment is a well-established Recruitment Agency who live to our core ethics of honesty, reliability & hard work. We are a company that bring vastly experienced and knowledgeable specialists who will work closely with you to secure the right fit with the right staff.

History

We were established in 2009 by Rik Baynes and 15 years later Rik is still driving forward the results and high standards that make Octane Recruitment stand above the rest.

Our dedication to professionalism and efficiency is unrivalled. Our main objective is to offer a complete service which we have taken great pride in delivering so you will get the best candidate or client match possible.

We opened our 2nd office in 2021 in Sutton Coldfield where our West Midlands team are based.

In 2024 Rik Baynes continues to drive the business forward as Managing Director, with the aim to deliver a strong service and aid growing the company to be the one of the UK’s largest specialist agencies.
