About Me
Hi, my name is Liam Bolton and i am a Recruitment Specialist in the Midlands office covering the Essex and Hertfordshire areas.
Before Octane I was a employability coach on the DWP Restart contract where I was getting people with the most complex barriers back into the workplace. I loved being a massive part of the person’s personal development and giving them the skills and confidence to get back into work and changing their lives for the better.
I’m a devoted Formula 1 fan and love being the villain supporting Max Verstappen, he reminds me of a young Michael Schumacher. Also, a massive Birmingham City fan. I also love music with a massively diverse music taste but if I had to choose a favourite it would be country (Mainly for all the songs about beer!)
