Warranty Administrator / Controller Location: Bedford Salary: up to £30,000 + bonus (OTE £36,500+) Hours: Monday to Friday Ref: OC20377 We are currently recruiting for a Warranty Administrator / Controller role at our client’s main dealership in the Bedford area. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience as a Warranty Administrator and a strong understanding of warranty processes. Warranty Administrator / Controller Role: • Responsible for managing the warranty process within the service department, working closely with both service advisors and management. • Oversee all warranty claims to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with both group and manufacturer standards. • Must be an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong general administration skills. • We are looking for someone with a solid background in warranty administration or service administration. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator within a main dealership. • Good working knowledge of 1Link and/or Kerridge systems. • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
