My client is recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator for their Commercial Vehicle company, a market leading supplier in their field.

Role:

  • To provide administrative support in the aftermarket .
  • Provide aftermarket translation in French / German (using google translate if not fluent).
  • Liaise with partners regarding pricing and invoices.
  • Assist parts manager with reports.
  • Prepare graphs and data using PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • You must have excellent administrative skills.
  • Experience in dealing with export customers.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Warehouse admin will be beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate in French or German is advantageous.
  • You will be calm under pressure when working to tight deadlines.
