This is a role for an individual with a high attention to detail who has good MS Office (Word, Excel) skills.

Your remit will be to deal with all issues regarding to the Compliance of Commercial Vehicles, ensuring the Service Sheets are completed and all DVSA work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

You will be liaising with a network of garages, manufacturers and parts companies so good communication skills are a must.

Ideally you will have a Transport CPC and have a sound knowledge of Warranty claims and Administration.

Other useful traits to have for this role are:
An understanding of Commercial Vehicle Legislation.
knowledge of working with KPI’s and how they are critical to overall performance.

A good understanding of working with Microsoft products.
