Customer Care Advisor duties:
– General administration such as dealing with correspondents, filling, and updating records.
– Helping to manage key accounts by building strong relationships and creating trust.
– Answering customer enquiries, as well as dealing with the complaints.
– Providing information about products or services.
– We are looking for someone with a customer service background and good telephone manner. Ideally someone who is looking to progress who is enthusiastic and meticulous.
– Someone with experience of working within a Car Dealership would be beneficial but not essential.
– Outstanding knowledge of Excel. Ability to use VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and similar.
– Must have methodical approach, good attention to details but most important must have CAN-DO attitude.
