Diagnostic Vehicle Technician vacancy – Customer facing 

​This is a new position with our client looking for a more Senior Technician who can deal closely with the customers to diagnose any issues with the vehicle and detail the fix and what will need to be done. The role is more of a customer facing opportunity – a 50 / 50 dealing with customers and working on vehicles.

This opportunity requires someone with a strong technical background, ability to deal with customers, explain what the issues are and what work will be required.

Requirements:

– Ideally you must be qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in vehicle maintenance & repair) with a strong skillset however we will consider time served with a strong background

– Customer service skills

– Must be able to demonstrate

– Full UK driving licence

Location: Wakefield area

Working pattern: week 1 – 5-day week – Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm, week 2 – 4-day week – including Saturday 8am till 4pm
