2025 is the year of opportunity with Octane Recruitment!

Temporary, Contract and Interim talent solutions are now available and we have opportunities available across the UK. Clients and candidates already benefit from our strong national networks alongside consistently high standards of service, we will now be able to deliver an instant result to help manage workloads and create an instant impact.

Some of the benefits of onboarding temporary staff are that it offers a cost-effective means of accessing skills, enabling access to niche expertise without the commitment of expanding headcount. It will also offer the opportunity to help manage the workload prior to hiring a permeant employee.

Understand Temporary, Contract and Interim positions from a client and candidates point of view:

Temporary options are a great way to try gauge if the position is suited to the candidate and they perform to a level and requirement where the role could possibly become permanent if both parties work well together. It’s also a great way to reduce recruitment costs and still get the very best checked and verified people for the job.

Contract options are also now available, and any contractor will tell you that regardless of the length of contract that the benefits for both parties are very positive. As a business you will get a specifically skilled individual that will hit the ground running and knows the directive. Someone that is there to complete a job or project to the best of their abilities. The contractor knows what they have to do and is normally happy with the arrangement to deliver what should be a skillset specific to the task. A mutually, low cost and productive alternative to get a specific job done where these is no further need after the project is completed.

Interim opportunities are exactly what a business requires in a situation such as maternity leave for example. There is a staff member in that role, and they have taken time away from the job for whatever reason and are due to come back to the after a set period, normally 6-12 months. An interim position can sometimes move into a permanent position if there is a non-return from the appointed permanent staff member and both parties decide to make the interim position permanent.

Octane Recruitment run the process administratively and timesheets can be delivered and paid online using our system where all persons in one of these roles can log in and use the system so they can get paid.

All candidates will be skillset checked alongside all the other requirements to make sure that the client gets the very best candidate for their opportunity.

If you have a requirement for any of these types of roles then Jordan O’Connor, our contracts and temporary manager would be happy to speak further to you and give you some more information on this service. You can contact him directly by clicking HERE.
