Here at Octane Recruitment we source our candidates from all over the country, from all the major Job sites including Indeed and total jobs, as well as all our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. We even have TikTok!!!

Our website also has the functionality to show every job we have available and is a good source of information, not only for candidates, but for clients as well. All of our jobs and opportunities are live searchable on the website and you can filter and target specifics that work for you including area, job type and the most important one, salary!

When a candidate applies for a position our recruitment specialists make sure that the fit is great for both client and candidate before putting forward into the interview process. We screen our candidates, and we know that when a candidate is presented to a client for interview that they will be a possible fit for the company and definitely worth an interview.

The mobile version of our website is also available and works just the same as the desktop version, so you can search, view and even apply in just a couple of swipes and clicks 24 hours a day. You can even apply directly from your LinkedIn profile which saves you needing to input your profile and details as it’s already done for you.
